Participation in pathway opportunities may require sharing relevant academic information with partner institutions, subject to consent and applicable regulations.
Admission decisions to partner institutions remain the responsibility of those institutions.
14. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
Phoenix Global Academy processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Vietnamese regulations, including Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.

15. Limitation of Liability
Phoenix Global Academy is not responsible for:
