Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Phoenix Global Academy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, programs, and learning platforms. By enrolling in our programs, accessing our website, or interacting with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

 

1. About Phoenix Global Academy

Phoenix Global Academy is an English language education institution providing structured training programs including:

  • Cambridge Preparation

  • General English

  • Speaking and Communication

  • Reading Mastery

  • Young Learners Programs

  • Academic English

  • IELTS Preparation

Our programs are designed to develop globally competitive learners through structured language instruction and internationally aligned academic pathways.

 

2. Eligibility for Enrollment

Students enrolling in Phoenix Global Academy programs must:

  • provide accurate registration information

  • comply with Academy policies and procedures

  • follow classroom conduct expectations

  • obtain parental or guardian consent if under 18 years old

The Academy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue enrollment where necessary to maintain academic standards, safety, or policy compliance.

 

3. Registration and Student Information

Students or parents/guardians agree that:

  • all submitted information is accurate and complete

  • contact details remain updated

  • emergency contact information is valid

  • required academic documentation is provided when requested

Providing incorrect or misleading information may affect enrollment status.

 

4. Tuition Fees and Payment Terms

Tuition fees:

  • must be paid according to the Academy’s payment schedule

  • are required before course participation unless otherwise approved

  • may vary depending on program structure and duration

Late payments may result in:

  • delayed class access

  • suspension of services

  • withholding of academic reports or certificates

All payment policies are communicated during enrollment.

 

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances of withdrawal.

Refunds may be considered when:

  • a student withdraws before the course begins

  • classes are canceled by the Academy

  • exceptional circumstances are reviewed and approved

Refund requests must be submitted formally to the Academy administration. Administrative fees may apply where appropriate.

Once a course has started, partial refunds are generally not guaranteed unless approved under special conditions.

 

6. Class Scheduling and Adjustments

Phoenix Global Academy reserves the right to:

  • adjust class schedules

  • change instructors when necessary

  • modify delivery format (in-person or online)

  • reorganize class groupings based on student level

These adjustments are made to maintain teaching quality and program effectiveness.

 

7. Attendance Policy

Regular attendance supports effective learning progress.

Students are expected to:

  • arrive on time

  • participate actively

  • inform the Academy of absences when possible

Make-up classes are not guaranteed unless specifically included in the enrolled program structure.

 

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior toward:

  • teachers

  • classmates

  • Academy staff

  • Academy property

The Academy may take disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from programs, if behavior:

  • disrupts learning

  • threatens safety

  • violates Academy standards

Serious violations may result in termination without refund.

 

9. Academic Progress and Certification

Phoenix Global Academy provides structured learning aligned with international English standards. However:

  • course completion does not guarantee examination success

  • Cambridge or IELTS results depend on individual performance

  • certificates reflect participation and achievement within program criteria

Official examination certifications are issued only by authorized examination bodies.

 

10. Use of Learning Materials

All course materials provided by Phoenix Global Academy are protected by intellectual property laws.

Students may:

  • use materials for personal study

Students may not:

  • reproduce materials

  • distribute materials

  • publish materials online

  • share materials commercially

Unauthorized use may result in disciplinary action.

 

11. Website Use

Users of the Phoenix Global Academy website agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorized system access

  • introduce malicious software

  • misuse website content

  • interfere with platform functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

 

12. Photographs and Media

Phoenix Global Academy may capture photographs or videos during:

  • classes

  • school activities

  • events

  • recognition ceremonies

These materials may be used for:

  • academic documentation

  • internal reporting

  • promotional purposes (with parental consent where applicable)

Parents or guardians may request removal of promotional media involving their child.

 

13. International Academic Pathway Support

Phoenix Global Academy collaborates with partner institutions including:

  • Central Philippine International College

  • Home Life Academy (United States)

  • Central Philippine University

  • Northern Polytechnic College

Participation in pathway opportunities may require sharing relevant academic information with partner institutions, subject to consent and applicable regulations.

Admission decisions to partner institutions remain the responsibility of those institutions.

 

14. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Phoenix Global Academy processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Vietnamese regulations, including Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.

Users are encouraged to review the Academy’s Privacy Policy for full details regarding data handling practices.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

Phoenix Global Academy is not responsible for:

  • personal belongings lost on campus

  • interruptions caused by events beyond institutional control

  • examination outcomes administered by external testing bodies

  • technical disruptions outside Academy systems

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain consistent service delivery.

 

16. Force Majeure

The Academy is not liable for service delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:

  • natural disasters

  • public health emergencies

  • government directives

  • infrastructure disruptions

  • other unforeseen events

In such cases, reasonable adjustments will be made where possible.

 

17. Policy Updates

Phoenix Global Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

Updates may reflect:

  • regulatory requirements

  • academic improvements

  • operational changes

  • service enhancements

The latest version will always be available on the Academy website.

Continued use of Academy services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

 

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Any disputes arising from Academy services shall be addressed through appropriate legal channels within Vietnam.
